We researched several contractors as we attempted to find one that could help us realize our vision for a new deck and hot tub enclosure. 
   As soon as we met Harry, the owner of Impressive Improvements, we realized that we met the person that would make the effort to help us realize our goal for quality workmanship and he was able to offer excellent suggestions for making the finished project even better than we anticipated. 
    Harry and his crew were courteous, punctual, conscientious and clean and we have gotten many compliments on the finished product.

   I called Impressive Improvements, and Harry, the owner, was prompt, and competent.  He designed a deck that fit my yard and zoning requirements.  It was larger then I had originally expected to have built, and was a great value.  The job was done quickly, and with no hassles. 
  After they did my deck, I had them enclose my front porch.  That also was done professionally and I was completely satisfied.

    Our staircase to our second floor was built badly and was dangerous, so we hired Impressive Improvements to rebuild it.  It came out beautiful and is much safer now.  It came out better then we had expected and our house is now much more valuable since the second floor is now more usuable as living space. Impressive Improvements did a great job.

                    estimates. The attributes I counted on included:

              2.      Provides estimate rapidly. (In my case he did the estimate twice because I changed materials.)

              3.      Listened to the homeowner and what the client desires.

              4.      The most important aspects of working with Impressive Improvements was their helpfulness with permits and
